Dorsey was <br /> absent. <br /> The Mashpee Zoning Board of <br /> Appeals <br /> Cha ter this <br /> 40A §9Decision <br /> and the Townthe of <br /> provision of Massachusetts General Laws P <br /> Mashpee Zoning By-laws. <br /> Connie Abare represented the petitioner requesting to build a second floor <br /> addition on an existing one story dwelling. The dwelling is pre-existing non- <br /> conforming. One corner of the existing dwelling is 8 feet to the edge of Brown <br /> Terrace and also has a 12.85 foot slab. The petitioner received <br /> e combined.and abatement for <br /> Brown Terrace and Quaker Run Road because the two lots <br /> Connie stated the petitioner is not expanding the footprint of the dwelling. The <br /> and 768 square feet.
