MASHPEE ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS <br /> Arthur Burdick <br /> 47 Quaker Run Road (Map 90 Parcel 43) <br /> Mashpee, MA 02649 <br /> FINDING-2013-24 <br /> Board of Health approval was submitted by Glen Harrington,Health Agent <br /> stating- "The Title V design plan and system that were recently approved <br /> and installed were for three-bedrooms. The property is not in a Zone II so <br /> there is no restriction on bedrooms. The increase from two to three <br /> bedrooms was in compliance with t e condition that the bedroom le V. The owner led eissue that tbe <br /> ZBA approved the property whe <br /> ith <br /> to have three bedrooms as approved by <br /> resolved. Please allow this property <br /> the Board of Health." <br /> Has adequate parking. <br /> In view of the foregoing, the Board determined the Petition met the criteria for <br /> a Written Finding. Upon motion duly made d seconded at the voted unanimously to lic Hearings on <br /> grant a Written <br /> August 14, 2013, the Zoning Board of Appeals <br /> Finding to allow for the proposal.
