Planner" letter and 'has not yet seen the consulting <br /> Engineer' s letter . <br /> Mr. Quinn provided an Elevation Plan for Board review, <br /> showing each building in every phase . <br /> The Town Planner clarified said plan indicates each <br /> building type (not of each individual building) <br /> Mr. Quinn made reference t these buildings with a <br /> centered garage (triplex buildings 2 , 27, and 41) . <br /> The Town Planner noted the Permit requires building <br /> plains be submitted to the Building Inspector, as well as <br /> the Planning Board for approval, prior to construction of <br /> any phase (III) . <br /> Mr. Quinn agreed to provide this information. <br /> Where was some discussion regarding the <br /> pitior' ltin of some of the garages . Mr. Quinn stated <br /> that all turning radiuses throughout the plan are of legal <br /> distance. <br /> -- The chairman recognized Mr. of ala, Engineer who clarified <br /> the calculations used were f-rom. the Massachusetts Highway <br /> standard turning templates for -foot parking spaces . <br /> Dennis Bal arini expressed concern for Building 4 , <br /> being too close. Mr. Quinn explained road adjustments as <br /> well as tree removal is anticipated in this area. <br /> Mr. Quinn then addressed the matter of la-nguage within <br /> the permit. He proposed locating all buildings, cleating, <br /> and driveway locations, leaving those trees available for <br /> saving. At this point the engineer and arbor.ist would <br /> determine the enact location of the tree for placement on a <br /> landscaping plan which would be prepared by a landscape <br /> architect. <br /> Mr. Quinn them made rferene to the clearing of t-he <br /> first four (4) buildings, the tagging of trees of a certain <br /> size, some of which fall within current driveway locations <br /> and have to be removed. He suggested the buildings and <br /> corners of the parting areas be cited and then make a <br /> determination of the viable trees . <br /> 3 <br />
