Mr. Ojala rude reference to the landscape plan indicating <br /> the location of certain important oak, maple, and white <br /> pine trees . He further repotted there has been some <br /> discussion with the Consulting Engineer -regarding drainage <br /> issues and tree preservation. Mr. Rowley has suggested an <br /> .inspection of the soil conditions- be made- in order to <br /> determine whether it is loam or sand. <br /> Mr. oj.a-la stated the design has been made for a one <br /> hundred-year flood/storm in order to allow water to run <br /> into the low point and fill into one of the basins . If it <br /> is found that some of the basins ca.n be eliminated, some of <br /> the vegetation will be preserved as well . Efforts will be <br /> made to sage substantial trees when possible. <br /> r. Quinn made reference to a plan indicating the <br /> first four buildings of Phase III . Some adjustments are <br /> needed in Phase II plantings a's some are too close and too <br /> plentiful in certai-n areas . He also made reference to <br /> plant specification' stating they are readily available, <br /> to are expected to be obtained from the <br /> -distributor. some minor substitutions are expected. Mr. Ojala agreed to transfer the tree numbers <br /> assigned by the arborist onto his plan. <br /> The Town Planner mentioned there is no indication on <br /> any of the plans as to those areas of s:i ( -in. ) inches of <br /> fill . <br /> Mr. Quinn responded by saying that the trees located <br /> in certain driveway areas will have to be removed,, the <br /> balance will remain in tact . <br /> Dennis Balarini inquired as to the location of wells . <br /> Mr. Quinn responded by stating only one well is <br /> required at this point for these four ( ) -buildings . <br /> The Town Planner rioted it is a requirement of the <br /> e iftit t6 identify and locate those areas of inore than sip <br /> -in. inches of fill . <br />
