(Richard Terry arrived at the Meeting at this point, <br /> 7 : 16 p.m. ) <br /> After brief Board discussion- the Chairman entertained <br /> a notion be made in this matter. <br /> MOTION: Don Myers made a Motion to approve Monomoscoy <br /> Road West as the principal -means of adequate access to Lot <br /> 120, Block 45, as it currently exists, provided it is <br /> adequately maintained indefinitely into the future; which <br /> Motion was seconded by Dennis Bal arini and so voted <br /> unanimously. <br /> Public Hearing <br /> Mashpee Investors, LLC and others - Baxter, Nye & Holmgren <br /> South Cape village <br /> Route 28 - Donna' s Lane - Great Neck Load South. <br /> Approval of Definitive Subdivision Plan for Commercial St. <br /> The Chairman recognized Don Megathlin who introduced <br /> Charles Talanian, President and owner of Talanian Realty <br /> and Matthew Eddy, Engineer, Baxter, Nye & Holmgren. <br /> Mr. Megathlin spore to the issue of owner signatures . <br /> There are four owners of the connector road. Two of <br /> the required signatures have been obtained, Talanian Realty <br /> and the Town of Mashpee. The remaining signatures have not <br /> yet been obtained due to an issue of ownership of a two (2- <br /> ft. ) foot parcel of land, owners Mr . Rodgers and Mr. <br /> Crowley have not yet signed. <br /> The Town Planner made reference to a letter received <br /> from Kr. Rodgers' Attorney agreeing to the Application <br /> subject to certain conditions, being property <br /> access/easement . There is also a letter from the Torn <br /> Administrator authorizing the Application, also subject to <br /> certain conditions regarding the approved layout (that <br /> which has been approved by the Board of Selectmen and the <br /> Town Meeting) , and that Mr. Talanian be responsible for all <br /> cost incurred. <br /> Mr. Iegathlin explained the connector road project is <br /> a Condition within the Cape Cod Commission DRI and must be <br /> completed by late fall. The Mashpee Town Meeting imposed a <br /> Condition whereby easements are to be implemented and <br />
