He also <br /> expressed concern regarding the height of the proposed <br /> buildings in relationship to the topography of the area, <br /> At this point the Chairman suggested the Board set <br /> certain goals for the upcoming year, to decide on those <br /> issues that are important to concentrate on with regard to <br /> zoning changes, items listed in the Local Comprehensive <br /> Plan that have not been addressed, as well as an overview <br /> buildout for the Town of Mashpee to be provided by the <br /> -Planning Staff. <br /> Richard Terry objected to what appears to be the <br /> passage of a special interest bill for one organization <br /> (The Brain Center) . <br /> The Town Planner stated the Comprehensive Plan <br /> strongly encourages the construction of hotels as a. part of <br /> the economic development of the Town. <br /> 10 <br />
