The Town Planner noted the leach pit appears to be
encroaching on the buffer area which is not suppose to be
disturbed. He also pointed out the impossibility of
backing out of the last two to four parking spaces .
Mr. ojale agreed to adjust the turning radius on these
spaces .
The Town Planner suggested the entrance to the project
be reviewed much more carefully as this area is also
potential signalised intersection, and any proposed parking
spaces should be constructed correctly. He further
commented that these plans have been presented on the spot,
and that neither Staff nor the Consulting Engineer has had
sufficient time for review.
The Chairman agreed that the Board has repeatedly
requested any/all proposed plans be provided at least one
week in advance to insure proper and sufficienttime for
review.
The Board concurred with the Town Planner in that they
would -require a reasonable amount o.f time for review of the
plan and- that the_ Consulting E'ngineer. -be a,f-forded,sufficient time to review the plan and present comments to
the Board.
The Town Planner suggested a draft package be prepared
for the next scheduled Meeting in preparation for a Note by
the Board, provided however revised plans are submitted and
the Cons-U-lting Engineer is satisfied; to which the Hoard
agreed.
There being no further Board or Public comment, the
Chairman entertained a motion to continue.
MOTION: Don Myers made a Motion to continue the
Public Hearing in this matter to June 18, 2003, at 7 : o
p. . ; which Motion was seconded by Dennis Balarini and so
voted unanimously.
Special Permit Modification
Tindchi a Point, Inc. - Windchime Point Condominium
Signature phasing Plan Special Permit Modification
Approved April 2, 2003
