Mr. O' Malley made reference to discussions with the Trustees regarding the post office entrance . They are proposing an expansion of the road shoulder at the current location, which would be paved and lighted. He suggested the emergence construction entrance be closed off and used for auxiliary parking, etc. for various functions when needed. At this point the Ch it nan recognized Torn Quinn, iie Point, Inc. , who agreed paving of the shoulder area could very easily be dome. The construction entrance- is required to remain open until the pr.oJect is completed; at which time this matter will be addressed with the Trustees, Mr. Quinn then addressed the proposed parking lot area, making reference to the cluster of trees being preserved. Mr. Quinn requested approval for the one storm drain, subject to the Consulting Engineer' s comments . A handicap ramp has been constructed as suggested by the Building Inspector. A road location correction from the previous plan has been made . It will be necessary to remove two trees from the proposed dumpster location, a-s well as one dead tree. There will be screening, as requested by the Town Planner (cedar enclosure with lattice work on top) . The Chairman recognized Arnie of ala, Down Cape Engineering, who explained some of the details of the plan. Mr.. uinn explained the garage is- intended to store small maintenance and landscaping equipment. Mr. of ala stated he would provide a copy of the proposed plan to the Consulting Engineer, and that he would include drainage Calculations and a title for reference purposes .
