They are <br /> proposing an expansion of the road shoulder at the current <br /> location, which would be paved and lighted. <br /> He suggested the emergence construction entrance be <br /> closed off and used for auxiliary parking, etc. for various <br /> functions when needed. <br /> At this point the Ch it nan recognized Torn Quinn, <br /> iie Point, Inc. , who agreed paving of the shoulder <br /> area could very easily be dome. The construction entrance- <br /> is required to remain open until the pr.oJect is completed; <br /> at which time this matter will be addressed with the <br /> Trustees, <br /> Mr. Quinn then addressed the proposed parking lot <br /> area, making reference to the cluster of trees being <br /> preserved. A road location correction from the previous <br /> plan has been made . <br /> It will be necessary to remove two trees from the <br /> proposed dumpster location, a-s well as one dead tree. <br /> There will be screening, as requested by the Town Planner <br /> (cedar enclosure with lattice work on top) . <br /> The Chairman recognized Arnie of ala, Down Cape <br /> Engineering, who explained some of the details of the plan. <br /> Mr.. uinn explained the garage is- intended to store <br /> small maintenance and landscaping equipment. <br /> Mr. of ala stated he would provide a copy of the <br /> proposed plan to the Consulting Engineer, and that he would <br /> include drainage Calculations and a title for reference <br /> purposes . <br />
