r <br /> TH11i <br /> Town of MashpeeTc-wm <br /> Planning Board <br /> Minutes of Meeting 04 PH 2. 38 <br /> June 18, 2003 <br /> The Town of Mashpee Planning Board Meeting was called <br /> to order in Conference loom #l, Mashpee Town Hall, 16 Great <br /> Neck Road North, Mashpee, Massachusetts at 7 : 03 p.m. The <br /> Chairman, Beverly Kane, presided. <br /> Planning Board Members present : Dennis Balarini, <br /> Vice Chairman.: Steve Dolan; Lee Gurney,, associate Member; <br /> Beverly Kane, Chairman; Don Myers, Clerk; and Richard Terry <br /> 7 : 1 P.M. ) , <br /> Also present: Thomas Fudala, Town Pl.anner, and Eric <br /> Smith, assistant Town Planner. <br /> . <br /> quorum being present the Chairman called the Meeting <br /> to order, As the first order of business she addressed the <br /> matter of Minutes . <br /> - - - - - ---Approval -of--Minutes- <br /> MOTION: Don Dyers made a Motion to approve the <br /> Minutes April 2, 2003 as written; which Motion was duly <br /> seconded by Dennis. Bal arini and so voted unanimously. <br /> Public Comment <br /> The Chairman recognized ik i 'Des oteaux.. Reference <br /> was made to her letter dated June 13th , addressed to the <br /> Board of Selectmen; Board of Health; Planning Board; Zoning <br /> Board; Conservation Commission; and Water District <br /> regarding the New Seabury project. <br /> The Chairman then made reference to letter dated <br /> January 2, 2003, addressed to Ms. Margo Fenn, Executive <br /> Director, Cape Cod Commission, signed by the Planning Board <br /> Chairman, supporting the Commission' s regulatory <br /> jurisdiction over the proposed New Seabury project. <br /> The Chairman further explained the January 2 nd letter <br /> is the letter of Record regarding the New Seabury project. <br /> 1 <br />
