She <br /> informed the Board that She has been a property owner in <br /> New Seabury since 1987, and permanent resident of Mashpee <br /> since 1999. She is a member of the Town of Ma.shpee <br /> Recycling g Committee, an alternate for the Bright Coves <br /> Village New Seabury Homeowners Association. However, she <br /> has submitted her letter of concerns as a resident of <br /> ape. <br /> She made reference to her attendance at a Cape Cod <br /> Commission Subcommittee Hearing, May 29th, and her statement <br /> presented at that time. She also attended the -Subomitte <br /> Meeting on June 2nd and found it to he extremely <br /> informative. <br /> (Richard 'Fern arrived at the Meeting at this point, <br /> 7 : 10 p.m. ) <br /> She questioned whether or not New Seabury has <br /> communicated with various Town Boards regarding the <br /> proposed project. She relayed concerns regarding Special <br /> Permit issues, .including its validity. <br /> Ms.: Des coteaux_commented- .on--the- -si ze of. the proposed -- <br /> commercial area, stating "it is huge", which is one of her -major concerns .
