Descoteaux to continue. <br /> s . Descoteaux stated her concern that all Iashpee <br /> Town Boards be aware and become involved in this proposed <br /> development in order in insure duality conditions for <br /> iashpee residents. She also suggested that factual <br /> information -be proVided to the Town residents so that <br /> everyone is well informed of the process . <br /> Spearing on behalf of the Planning Board, the Chairman <br /> outlined the- Board' s position and responsibilities . The <br /> Planning Board -supported t-he Conservation Commission in <br /> their request for Cape Cod Commiss-ion jurisdiction of this <br /> project. The Planning Board submitted a letter of support <br /> as was referenced earlier at the Meeting. The Water <br /> District has made their concerns regarding the amount of <br /> water available for .the- prof-ect- mown..- The- P-lannIng -Board.. - _ -.has extended their support to the Water District as <br /> requested. <br /> Town Counsel has advised the Planning Board on several <br /> occasions to defer to the Cape Cod Commission in this <br /> matter, <br /> New Seabury had requested to be heard by the Planning <br /> Board of a project change, at which point the Board voted <br /> in support of Town Counsel advice to not hear any <br /> testimony. <br /> The Chairman spoke to the difficulties involved for <br /> the Planning Board and other Town Boards to attend/follow <br /> the Cape Cod Commission subcommittee meetings and process . <br /> She expressed her personal preference for a joint process <br /> by way of a Development Agreement. <br /> The Chairman determined that at this point in time the <br /> question being litigated through the Court is whether' or <br /> not the Special Permit is valid. <br /> 3 <br />
