The Town Planner suggested limiting the time of the <br /> Special Permit, which would require Applicant to return to <br /> the Board in one year, along with a Condition requiring <br /> appropriate noise reduction efforts . This would allow -the <br /> Board the oppprtunity to review the ratter.
