Planning Staff recommended this remain <br /> as a Finding, limits having been imposed by the Board of <br /> Selectmen. <br /> Condition #2 - Planning Staff recommended the .proposed <br /> sign be subject to Section 17 -- 1 (B) re dui rernents . <br /> Condition #3 - Minor language changes regarding <br /> construction of the fence. <br /> There being no further Board comments., the Chairman <br /> opened the floor to public comment. She recognized the <br /> following speakers <br /> Virginia Chartenberg, - Lives directly behind Dino' <br /> Sports Bar. She asked that her understanding of the layout <br /> be confirmed. A total of eight ( speakers, four ( ) <br /> being installed under the canopy roof will ' e used for CD' s <br /> and four ( ) speakers to be used for live entertainment . <br /> She requested the installation of plexi-glass on the <br /> inside of the surrounding fencing for the purpose of <br /> diminishing some of the noise. <br /> The Town Planner suggested plei-glass be installed at <br /> the near of the property (towards the houses) only. <br /> Mr. Mitrokostas requested Board permission to allow a <br /> t-rial basis this summer. He proposed using four speakers, <br /> placed low to- the ground, facing the opposite direction of <br /> the neighborhood. <br /> The Chairman expressed her desire to have certain <br /> Conditions outlined in the Special Permit in order t <br /> insure some measures are taken to lower noise impacts . <br /> 6 <br />
