Mr. Crispin agreed to further investigation of this is-sue., stating Wickhams Road is an ancient way. He did agree to meet with the neighbors in order to determine the exact location. of Wickhams Road. . The Chairman encouraged Applicant to conduct a meeting with the neighbors, address storm water/roof runoff, prepare a. management plan for the storm grater plant, as well as to provide a. bond for the curb cut. The Vice-Chairman asked for written waiver requests . Mr. Crispin responded by stating written requests had been submitted in the original filing for the roadway. The Chairman entertained a motion be made on the request for waiver. MOTION: Dennis Balarini made a Motion to grant the following waiver requests : reducing the road radius from 35-ft. to o- t. ; the center lime not being concentric with the edge of right of way; and accepting a less than - degree intersection angle.
