MOTION: Dennis Bal arini made a Motion authorizing <br /> the Planning Board to compose and forward a memo to the <br /> Charter commission stating Board concerns about the <br /> proposed Charter as it relates to the Planning Beard. The <br /> Board would life to request additional time to review and <br /> address the matter, as well as to extend a further <br /> invitation the Charter Commission (or its representatives) <br /> to meet with the Planning Board regarding charter issues. <br /> Said Motion was duly seconded by Steve Dolan and so voted <br /> unanimously. <br /> Goals - The Chairman inquired as to the possibility of <br /> updating the Land Use/Growth Management portion of the <br /> Comprehensive Plan, such as existing land use percentages <br /> and preparation of a map indicating remaining undev loped <br /> parcel-s . <br /> Zoning Articles <br /> The Town Planner reported on comments received from <br /> Town counsel with reference to the zoning articles . one <br /> was a minor wording change to the accessory parting; the <br /> other was in reference to the parting article . The word <br /> ---"driveway" Is— u-s a .. -i -t-he- artl c-1 e, however the-re -i s T o definition provided. It was suggested to either use the <br /> dIction-ary definition, or to amend the article on Town <br /> Meeting floor. <br /> The Public Hearing/Zoning Arti les is scheduled for <br /> the next meeting at which time the Board could vote whether <br /> or not to amend at.
