He stated his hope to be able to provide a <br /> complete package to the Board within the next two-weeks . <br /> He further stated that any proposed or existing revisions <br /> would be shown on the as-wilt plans as well. Also <br /> included in the filing will be a description of the <br /> differences between the as-wilt and original final site <br /> development plans. <br /> Attorney Dunning suggested, and the Chairman <br /> recommended, the draft as-built plans be submitted to the <br /> Town Planner for his review comment . <br /> The Town Planner asked if a member of the Board would <br /> be available to assist in said review, as he does not feel <br /> entirely comfortable ma-king independent formal decisions . <br /> Dennis Balarini volunteered to assist in this regard. <br /> Dennis Bal arini them asked if communication has been <br /> made with the Association regarding the violations and <br /> resolutions . He asked about a landscaping plan and whether <br /> or not -the Developer has plans to re-plant . <br /> Attorney Dunning responded his intent to do whatever <br /> is necessary to comply with the requiremen-ts of the <br /> Planning Board and Zoning Board of Appeals., and to address <br /> all concerns that have been raised. <br /> The Town Planner reminded the Board of the outlined <br /> process which would rec'uire public hearing approval of any <br /> proposed changes by the Planning Board and Zoning Board of <br /> Appeals . <br /> The Chairman insisted the residents. be included in the <br /> process, to which Attorney Dunning agreed. <br /> The Chairman recognized Mr. Bonv.ie who provided an <br /> update on the plans . Contour issues, cul-de-s-ac areas, and <br /> tree locations have been discussed with the Town Planner. <br /> Engineers have provided topographical design, tops and <br /> trees " diameter (and greater) have been located. <br /> 7 <br />
