The Town Planner reported the Zoning Board of .Appeals <br /> ha-s adopted all recommendations presented by the <br /> subcommittee with the exception of one minor charge to <br /> ecommendation #10 The Planning Board ha-s dome the sane.. <br /> Notification has been made to the BuIld`ing Inspector, <br /> Zoning Board of Appeals, Board of selectmen, and Mr. <br /> Bonvie, Southport Developer. <br /> The Chairman recognized Attorney Michael Dunning, <br /> Dunning and Kirraine, representing Mr. Bonvie and the <br /> Southport project , <br /> Attorney Dunning explained he has reviewed the tape of <br /> the prior Planning Board Meeting at which time the Board <br /> expressed a desire to meet with Ir. Bonnie/representative <br /> in order to address some of the concerns raised at said <br /> meeting by the unit owners . <br /> Attorney Dunning stated he is aware of concerns raised <br /> by the Planning Board, Zoning Board of Appeals, and <br /> Southport unit owners, and others. He stated for the <br /> Record that the Developer shares ,in those concerns and that <br /> it is his intent to work to the best of his ability with <br /> -the --Zoning—Boar& of Appeals-,, Planning, -Boa-rd-; and =all. -- <br /> interested parties to answer, address, and resolve all <br /> concerns in an expeditious manner. <br /> Making reference to the joint Memorandum of the <br /> Planning Board and Zoning Board of Appeals, Attorney <br /> Dunning stated he would work to develop the required plans <br /> s soon as possible. <br /> Attorney Dunning echoed the Chairman' s concerns <br /> expressed at the prior Meeting regarding the importance of <br /> determining what has been constructed on the ground and <br /> what was originally permitted. He acknowledged that <br /> certain modifications to the originally approved plans have <br /> been made on the ground and without benefit of proper <br /> approvals required by the Planning Board and Zoning Board <br /> f Appeals . <br /> Having reviewed the permit and the plans, Attorney <br /> Dunning stated there is no question that many of the <br /> changes should, in fact, have been brought before the <br /> Planning Board and the Zoning Board of Appeals . He also <br /> stated his belief that it had not been the intent of the <br /> Developer to conceal or misrepresent anything with regard <br /> 6 <br />
