With regard to the Minutes of July 16, 2003, the <br /> Assistant Town Planner requested two minor changes on page <br /> , a clarification within the first paragraph and a time <br /> chance from " : 1 " to "7 : 1 5" within the Motion. <br /> There being no further Board comment, the chairman <br /> entertained a motion. <br /> MOTION: Dennis Balzarini made a Motion to accept the <br /> Minutes of July 16, 2003, as amended; which Lotion was duly <br /> seconded by Steve Dolan and so voted unanimously. <br /> Ikon-Agenda Item <br /> Security - Construction on Fox Dill Road <br /> The Town Planner acknowledged the presence of Mr. <br /> Fagerberg and Mr. Smith at the Meeting. He explained that <br /> Mr. Fagerberg is seeking the release of a lot. Mr. <br /> Fagerberg would also like direction regarding a street sign <br /> for Fox Dill Load and silverleaf Lane, which he 'has <br /> provided. However, the DPW has inadvertently installed <br /> said sign at South Sandwich Road and Silverleaf Lane. <br /> Additional signs are required at Houthwind circle and <br /> .. - •Candlewood, Lane: - - - -- - <br /> The chairman recognized Mr. Fagerberg who clarified <br /> that he is the owner of Lot 23, and that Mr. Smith is the <br /> owner of Lot 30. He crude reference to a Plot Plan <br /> indicating the portion of road that has been paved. Father <br /> than post a bond, he asked if he would be able to pave that <br /> portion of road on candleood' Lane, beyond his lot and Mr. <br /> Smith-Is . <br /> Mr. Fagerberg noted that the drainage issues at the <br /> intersection raised by the Consulting Engineer have been <br /> addressed. He and Mr. smith would provide the street sign <br /> required for the intersection at candlewood Lame and Fox <br /> Dill Foal, as well as at south Sandwich Road and Fox Hill <br /> Road, Be stated he would comply with any other requirement <br /> imposed by the Board. <br /> T-here was discussion rewarding those property owners <br /> who receive the benefit of pavement and water, but have not <br /> contributed financially. The ideal would be to pave the <br /> entire roadway, however property owners will -not <br /> contribute. <br /> 2 <br />
