Massachusetts 02610 <br />MASHPEE ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS <br />AGENDA <br />SEPTEMBER 25, 2013 <br />The Mashpee Zoning Board of Appeals will hold Public Hearings on Wednesday, <br />September 25, 2013, at 6:00 p.m. (Ockway Meeting Room) at the Mashpee Town Hall, <br />16 Great Neck Road North, on the following: <br />NEW HEARINGS <br />Arthur R. and Darlene E. Joia: Request a Written Finding under Article V §174-17 of <br />the Zoning By-laws and M.G.L. Chapter 40A §6 concerning continuance, extension or <br />alteration of pre-existing, non -conforming structure to relocate a shed on property located <br />in an R-5 Zoning District at 49 Somerset Road, (Map 16 Parcel 11), Mashpee, MA. <br />Arthur R. and Darlene E. Joia: Request a Variance under Article VII §174-31 (Land <br />• Space Requirements) of the Zoning By-laws to vary the rear and side setback requirements <br />to relocate a shed located in an R-5 Zoning District at 49 Somerset Road, (Map 16 Parcel <br />11), Mashpee, MA. <br />Southworth Cape Development LLC: Request a Variance under Article VII §174-31 <br />(Land Space Requirements) of the Zoning By-laws to reduce the required land area from <br />40,000 square feet to 23,983 square feet, and reduce required frontage from 150 feet to 130 <br />feet on property located in an R-3 Zoning District at 61 Pleasant Park Drive (Map 70 Parcel <br />162), Mashpee, MA. <br />Mashpee 130 Shops, Inc.: Request a Written Finding under Article VI § 174-24-J (Land <br />Use Regulations) of the Zoning By-laws to allow for a bakery business located in a C-3 <br />Zoning District at 470 Main Street, Unit 2, (Map 27 Parcel 21), Mashpee, MA. <br />Plans may be viewed prior to the hearings in the ZBA office and the Town Clerk's office. <br />OTHER BUSINESS <br />Approve September 11, 2013 Meetin¢ Minutes A4ASHPEE TOWN CLERK <br />• SEP 2 0 2013 <br />RECENED BY� <br />
