Emmeluth, Trustee: Requests a Variance from Article V §174-12 of the Zoning By- <br />laws requiring frontage on a street and direct access to a paved town, county or state road or street <br />as defined in said Section in order to construct a single family residence on property located in an <br />R-3 Zoning District at 0 Gooseberry Island, (Map 100, Parcel 6-0-R), Mashpee, MA. <br />• j jRobert D. Emmeluth, Trustee:: Requests a Variance from Article V §174-31 of the Zoning By- <br />laws requiring a 150' of frontage on a street in order to construct a single family residence on <br />property located in an R-3 Zoning District at 0 Gooseberry Island, (Map 100, Parcel 6-0-R), <br />Mashpee, MA. <br />J / Robert D. Emmeluth, Trustee:: Requests a Variance from Article VII § 174-32 of the Zoning <br />By-laws requiring Fire Department apparatus access as defined in said Section to allow for the <br />construction of a single family residence on property located in an R-3 Zoning District at 0 <br />Gooseberry Island, (Map 100, Parcel 6-0-R), Mashpee, MA. <br />4,/ TCB Mashoee Villase LP: Request a modification to the 1974 Special Permit under § 174-24(C) <br />9 (a) (b) of the Zoning By-laws and M.G.L. Chapter 40A §6 to allow for construction of a single <br />additional accessory building on property located in an R-5 Zoning District at One Wampanoag <br />Drive, (Map 66 Parcel 1-0-R), Mashpee, MA. <br />Yelena & Lazar Kovfman: Request a Variance under Article V §174-31 (Land Space <br />Requirements) of the Zoning By -Laws to vary the rear and side setback requirements to allow for <br />construction of a deck on property located in an R-5 Zoning District at 79 Pond Circle (Map 64 <br />Parcel 80), Mashpee, MA. <br />Plans may be viewed prior to the hearings in tht- ZBA office and the Town Clerk's office. <br />Per Order of.
