Emmeluth, Trustee: Requests a Variance from Article V §174-12 of the Zoning By-laws <br />requiring frontage on a street and direct access to a paved town, county or state road or street as defined in <br />said Section in order to construct a single family residence on property located in an R-3 Zoning District at <br />0 Gooseberry Island, (Map 100, Parcel 6-0-R), Mashpee, MA. <br />Robert D. Emmeluth• Trustee:: Requests a Variance from Article V §174-31 of the Zoning By-laws <br />requiring a 150' of frontage on a street in order to construct a single family residence on property located <br />in an R-3 Zoning District at 0 Gooseberry Island, (Map 100, Parcel 6-0-R), Mashpee, MA. <br />Robert D. Emmeluth, Trustee:: Requests a Variance from Article VII §174-32 of the Zoning By-laws <br />requiring Fire Department apparatus access as defined in said Section to allow for the construction of a <br />single family residence on property located in an R-3 Zoning District at 0 Gooseberry Island, (Map 100, <br />Parcel 6-0-R), Mashpee, MA. <br />TCB Mashpee Village LP: Request a modification to the 1974 Special Permit under § 174-24(C) 9 (a) (b) <br />of the Zoning By-laws and M.G.L.
