Joia: Request a Variance under Article VII §174-31 (Land Space <br />Requirements) of the Zoning By-laws to vary the front and side setback requirements to locate a <br />shed in an R-5 Zoning District at 49 Somerset Road, (Map 16 Parcel 11), Mashpee, MA. <br />(Continued from October 9, 2013 hearings). <br />NEW HEARINGS <br />Michael and Lori Laskin Bloom: Request a Written Finding under Article V §174-17 of the <br />Zoning By-laws and M.G.L. Chapter 40A §6 concerning continuance, extension or alteration of a <br />pre-existing, non -conforming structure to raze and replace a dwelling on property located in an R3 <br />Zoning District at 17 Overlook Knoll Road, (Map 118 Parcel 36), Mashpee, MA <br />Michael and Lori Laskin Bloom: Request a Written Finding under Article V §174-20 of the <br />Zoning By-laws and M.G.L. Chapter 40A §6 By-laws concerning rebuilding of destroyed or <br />damaged non -conforming structures to, allow for rebuilding of a single-family dwelling on <br />property located in an R3 Zoning District at 17 Overlook Knoll Road (Map 118 Parcel 36), <br />Mashpee, MA <br />Michael and Lori Laskin Bloom: Request a Variance under Article VII §174-31 (Land Space <br />Requirements) of the Zoning By-laws to vary the rear, front and side setback requirements to raze <br />and replace a new single-family dwelling on property located in an R-3 Zoning District at 17 <br />Overlook Knoll Road (Map 118 Parcel 36), Mashpee, MA <br />Plans may be viewed prior to the hearings in the ZBA office and the Town Clerk's office. <br />• Per Order of.
