Jackson property located on Johnson Load, Mashpee. <br /> Acquisition with Land Bank funds was approved under Article #9 of the <br /> October 2003 Town fleeting, <br /> Motion wade by Selectman 1 arsters to approve and execute the <br /> Order of Taking; 64 Johnson Road, Assessor's Map 35,Block 7. <br /> Motion seconded by Selectman Green. <br /> VO Unanimous. - . <br /> Acceptance of I ey pan Contribution— Senior Center; <br /> Keyspan Energy Delivery has committed funds for the installation of <br /> several high efficient energy saving measures at the new senior center that <br /> include; reducing the outside air intake, clock thermostats, high <br /> performance windows and roof installation. The Economic <br /> Redevelopment Program will contribute $7,8 5 5 toward the installation o <br /> these measures, <br /> Motion made by Selectman Marsters to accept the award from <br /> Keyspan for the Senior Center, and authore the'Town <br /> Administrator to execute the required documentation on behalf of the <br /> Board of Selectmen. <br /> Motion seconder by Selectman Green. <br /> VOTE: Unanimous. -o. <br />
