Board of Selectmen <br /> Minutes <br /> January 26, 2004 <br /> NEW BUSINESS: <br /> MR Joint Land Use Study grant—Board of Selectmen Des nee: <br /> Correspondence was received from the Cape Cod Commission CCC <br /> dated December 11� 2003 requesting membership to serve on the Policy <br /> Committee for the Joint Land Use Study J US with the Massachusetts <br /> Military reservation. <br /> Ernest v `gilio, l ashpee's representative to the CCC offered to serve as <br /> the Selectmen's designee. <br /> Motion made her Selectman Cahalane to appoint Ernest virili[ to <br /> serve on the Polley Committee for the JLUS as the Board o <br /> Selectmen's designee. <br /> Motion n seconded by Selectman Green. <br /> VOTE: Unanimous. -o. <br /> Selectman 1larsters abstained. <br /> Approval and Execution of Order of Betterment Assessment—Echo road: <br /> Betterment assessment costs associated to the construction of <br /> improvements to Echo Road were presented to the Selectmen for review <br /> and approval. Said improvements cost $194,650. There are 13 lots; each <br /> shall be assessed at 14,93.0 . <br /> Motion made by Selectman Taylor to approve and execute the order <br /> of Betterment Assessment for construction improvements to Echo <br /> woad as presented. <br /> Motion seconded by Selectman Marsters. <br /> voTE: Unanimous. 5-0. <br />
