Iarossi for <br /> a Written Finding under Section 174-17 of the Zoning By-laws concerning continuance, <br /> extensions and alterations for permission to reconstruct an existing entryway and <br /> renovate a portion of the existing deck into a screened porch on property located in an R- <br /> 3 zoning district at 74 Waterway (Map 105 Parcel 213) Mashpee, MA. At Petitioner's <br /> request, this Petition was continued from January 11, 2012 Public Hearings (opened, but <br /> not heard) to next ZBA Public Hearings with five-member Board sitting. <br /> Notice was duly given to abutters in accordance with Massachusetts General <br /> Laws Chapter 40A. Notice was given by publication in The Mashpee Enterprise, a <br /> newspaper of general circulation in the Town of Mashpee, on December 23, and <br /> December 30, 2011 a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof. <br /> Public Hearings were held on the Petition at the Mashpee Town Hall on January <br /> 25, 2012. The following members of the Board were present and acting throughout: <br /> Board Members Jonathan D. Furbush, William A. Blaisdell, James Reiffarth, and Ronald <br /> S. Bonvie and Associate Member Judith M. Horton. Mr. Nelson stepped down. <br /> The Mashpee Zoning Board of Appeals issues this Decision pursuant to the <br /> provisions of Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 40A §9 and the Town of Mashpee <br /> Zoning By-laws. <br /> Mr. Michael Borselli, President/Owner of Falmouth Engineering represented the <br /> Petition. Plans call for conversion of a portion of the existing deck into an enclosed <br /> screened-in porch. Installation of sono tube footings and columns will support the deck. <br /> Reconstruction of an existing front entry way and installation of new siding, replacement <br /> windows and roof alterations will create a more aesthetically pleasing appearance. Lot <br /> coverage will increase slightly from 21.3%to 21.7%. <br /> The Conservation Commission has approved the proposal and issued an Order of <br /> Conditions on January 25, 2012. <br /> No comments were received from abutters. <br /> r <br />
