Mashpee Planning Board <br /> Minutes-of Meeting <br /> .Tanury 7, 2015 at :oo p.m. <br /> waquoit Meeting RooM Mashpee Town Hall <br /> Approved 2 4-15 <br /> Planning Board Members-Present: Chairman George Petersen, Mary waygan, Dennis l al arini, <br /> David looharian, Joe Cummings <br /> Also Present: Worn Fudala-Town Planner, Charles Rowley-Consultant Engineer <br /> Absent: Robert Hansen <br /> CALL TO ORDER <br /> The Town of'Mashpee Planning Board meeting was opened with a quorum in the waquoit Meeting <br /> Room at Mashpee Town Hall by vice Chairman waygan at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday, January, 2015 <br /> and the Pledge of Allegiance was recited. <br /> APPROVAL of S—December-3, 214 <br /> MOTION: Ms. Waygan made a-notion to accept as presented. 11r. Kooharian seconded the <br /> motion. 4 voted yes, 1 abstained <br /> SPECIAL PERNUTS <br /> Applicant: T'alanian Realty Co.,ITC <br /> Location: S u hCape village <br /> Request: Approval of transfer of Special Permit (Notice of intention to sell property and <br /> transfer Special Permit received 11-214) (Special Permit requires notice to Board 90 <br /> days before sale and transfer) <br /> Chairman Petersen read for the record the request. III-. Fudala reported that, as part of their Special <br /> Permit decision, Southape village was required to notify the.Planning Board 90 drays prior to a sale <br /> or transfer of the property, in order for the Board to met the new owners and ensure understanding of <br /> Special Permit,conditions. Charles Talanian, of SouthCape village, introduced both David Coughllr4 <br /> Coo of Talant n Realty and Greg Koran, future property owner from Dividend Capitals, fused in <br /> Colorado. Mr. Moran explained that his company owned 2.5 billion in commercial properties <br /> throughout the T .S. with 27 shopping centers located in New England. This property will be their 5' <br /> located on Cape Cod. Ms. waygan inquired whether they owned any abutting property, to which Mr. <br /> Moran responded they did not. Mr. Moran confirmed that they were familiar with the special permit, <br /> Mr. Fudala noted that a report for the wastewater treatment was required on a monthly basis. Mr. <br /> Horan did not fret have any plans for the last building space, though they intended to build_ Closing of <br /> the property was expected for March. A property management person was expected to be located on <br /> site. <br /> MOTION: Ms. Waygan nude a motion to approve the transfer. llrir. Kooharian seconded the <br /> notion.
