Town of Mashpee <br /> Planning Board <br /> Minutes of Meeting <br /> January 20, 201 <br /> The Town of Mashpee Planning Boyd Meeting was called to order in Conference <br /> Room #1 Mashpee'Town lull, 16 Great Neck Road forth, Mashpee, Massachusetts at <br /> 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday, January 2o, 2010. The Chairman presided. <br /> Planning Board Members present: John Cotton, Associate Member; James <br /> Leonard; Joseph Mullin, Clerk Thomas O'Hara, Chairman; and Mary w ygan. <br /> Absent: Dennis Balzarini, Vice-Chairman. <br /> Also present: F. Thomas-Fudala, To ►n Planner .-10 p.m.)- Thorn s Mayo, GIS <br /> Coordinator; and Charles Rowley, Consulting Engineer. <br /> Selectman Michael Richardson, Planning Board Liaison; Phil Dascombe, Cape <br /> Cod Commission; Glen Cannon, Cape Cod Commission; and Douglas Storrs, Mashpee <br /> Commons. <br /> quorum being present the Chairman called the Meeting to order and addressed <br /> the first order of business. <br /> Approval of Minutes <br /> October 21, 20 9; November 18, 9; and January 6, 2010 <br /> MOTION: James Leonard made a Motion to approve the Minutes of the October <br /> 1, 2009,November ember 18, 2009, and January 6, 2010 Planning Board 1 ieetin gs, as <br /> submitted; which Motion was duly seconded by Joseph Mullin and so voted <br /> unanimously. <br /> Election <br /> Massachusetts Representative—U.S. Senate <br /> Joseph Mullin expressed congratulations on behalf of the Mashpee Planning <br /> Board to newly elected U.S. Senator Scott Brown, and wished him well. <br /> Discussion <br /> Mashpee hpee Commons-Development elopment Agreement <br /> Plans, Status, and Scope of Traffic Study <br /> The Chairman called this matter to order and recognized Douglas Storrs, Mashpee <br /> Commons, who proceeded to update the Planning Board on minor changes made to the <br /> plans based upon previous comments made by the Planning Board. <br /> 1 <br />
