Report <br /> Environmental Oversight Co u*ttee <br /> The Chairman called this matter to order and deferred to Mary waygan who <br /> reported that the Santuit Pond Study is moving forward. AECM has asked permission <br /> to estimate phosphorus loading in Santuit Pond. The Committee however is leaning <br /> towards asking for field samples instead. The Committee is expecting to conduct a <br /> Public Hearing with AEC OM to discuss their preliminary findings, hopefully in February <br /> r March. <br /> Board Items <br /> The Chairman stated that copies of the Planning Board 2 009 Annual Report.have <br /> been submitted and provided for Board review. <br /> Copies of Cape Cod Co n' issim `Contextual Design on Cape Cod, Design <br /> Guidelines for urge Scale Development" have been provided to Board Members for <br /> review. <br /> 5 <br /> Board signatures required for printing costs for the Comprehensive Plan Surveys <br /> from Cape Cod Tech: Thomas O'Hara, Joseph Mullin, James Leonard, and Mary <br /> waygan. <br /> Correspondence <br /> A number of e-mails and correspondence has been received in support of the <br /> proposed changes for Joy Street, South Cape Village. <br /> Invitation to Keystone Training-University of Massachusetts Amherst. <br /> Adjournment <br /> There being no further Planning Board business to address the Chairman <br /> entertained -Motion to adjourn. <br /> MOTION: James Leonard made a Motion-to adjourn the Meeting; which Motion <br /> was duly seconded by Joseph Mullin and so voted unanimously. <br /> The January 20, 2010 Planning.Board Meeting was thereupon dissolved at 9:10 <br /> P.M.) <br /> Poeard <br /> ct ull submitted, <br /> �, <br /> 1 <br /> ett leArcang lis <br /> Secretary <br />
