He explained that he has-had occasion to use the construction <br /> entrance for a large truck with tractor-trailer behind it, as it would be too difficult to use <br /> the main entrance. He has not landscaped this area for this reason, with regard to Phase I <br /> and Phase II construction. Phase II has not been completed at this point as there remains <br /> one hone to be constructed. <br /> Mr. Bonvie then made reference to the sidewalk located between the golf course <br /> clubhouse and one ofthe intersections. He explained that the entire area has been <br /> approved for construction, stating that if he constructs the sidewalk now it will be torn up <br /> by the construction process.
