Town of Mashpee <br /> Planning Board <br /> Minutes of Meeting <br /> April 79 2010 <br /> The Town of Mashpee Planning Board Meeting was called to order in Conference <br /> Room#I Mashpee Town Hall, 16 Great Leek Road North, Mashpee,.Massachusetts at <br /> :oo p. . on Wednesday, Apr*1 , 010. The Chairman presided. <br /> Planning Board Members present: Dennis Bal arini, Vice-Chairman; John <br /> Cotton, Associate Member; Joseph Mullin, Clerk; Thomas O'Hara, Chairman; and Mary <br /> waygan. <br /> Absent: James Leonard. <br /> Also present: P. Thomas Fu ala, Town.Planner; and Thomas Mayo, GIS <br /> Coordinator. Mr. Rowley was not present.) <br /> A quon nn being.present the Chairman called the Meeting to order and addressed <br /> the first order ofbusinss. <br /> Approval of Minutes <br /> January 20, 2010 <br /> February 3, 2010 <br /> MOTION: Mary waygan made a Motion to approve the Minutes of the January <br /> 20, 2010 and February 3, 2010 Planning Board Meetings, a -submitted; which Motion <br /> was duly seconded by Joseph Mullin and so voted unanimously. <br /> Approval Not Required Flans <br /> Mashpee Industrial Park Trust—Commercial Street <br /> Signature of Lot Lire Relocation Plan as `Approval Not Required' <br /> The Chairman called this natter to order and recognized John Ellis, registered <br /> Professional Land Surveyor, Baxter Nye Engineefing & Surveying,representing the <br /> Applicant. <br /> References were trade.to a Plan of Lana entitled "Lots 3 4 & 3 5 Plan o f Land I-1 <br /> Mashpee Industrial Park, 153 Commercial Street, Mashpee, MA,.prepared for Capewide <br /> Enterprises, LLC by Baxter Nye Engineering & Surveying, dated o 0+7 10". <br /> The lots have been re-numbered to 34-A and -A located within the 1-1 Zoning <br /> District which require a minimum frontage of Zoo-f . and minimum lot area of o,000-sq. <br /> f . to which both lots comply, meeting the requirements. There are no other changes. <br /> 1 <br />
