Applicant wishes to square off'the lot in order to achieve a more symmetrical <br /> design for the buildings and parking areas. <br /> The Town Planner informed the Board that he has received an e-mail from Mr. <br /> Rowley stating that he has reviewed the information and has responded as follows; <br /> "Can you tie down the concrete bound that is in the northeast corner of Lot 4- <br /> to the street, and lot lines of the subject parcels?" <br /> Mr. Ellis responded that this has been done by showing-the cement bound; there is, <br /> a.-small broken distance between the bound and the actual property corner. The 7-i . <br /> frontage is also shown on the plan, the bound being within the lot line.of Lot 4-A. <br /> "Can you shove a distance to the point of curvature?" <br /> Mr. Ellis responded that this distance is-shown on the plan, showing the full <br /> length of the tangent. <br /> "Can you show the street lines?" <br /> Mr..Ellis responded that the dashed lines are shovvrn on the plan. <br /> The Town Planner stated the fee and application are in order, as well as <br /> authorization from the owners of both lots, <br /> There being no further Board or Staff`c nunent the Chairman entertained <br /> motion. <br /> MOTION: Dennis Balzarini made a Motion to sign the Plan "Lots 34 and 35 Plan <br /> of Land 1-1 Mashpee Industrial Park 153 Commercial Street, Mashpee, NIA prepared for <br /> Capewj a Enterprises, LLC by-Baxter Nye Engineering & Surveying, dated 04 0 10" as <br /> Approval Not Required under the Subdivision Control Law; and stamped "No <br /> determination as to compliance with Zoning requirements has been made or intended by <br /> this-endorsement under M L Chapter 41, Section 81 U; which Motion was duly <br /> seconded by friary waygan and so voted unanimously. <br /> Said Plan was duly signed by the Planning Board Cha=* an, Thomas O'Hara. <br /> Public Hearing <br /> willowbend Country Club, Inc. off Quinaquisset Avenue <br /> Approval of Special Permit Modification 427 to Include -Lot <br /> "WiIIowbe-nd Circle's Subdivision as Expansion of will w end,Special Permit Area <br /> The appointed hour having arrived the Chairman called the Public Hearing to <br /> order. <br /> 2 <br />
