Mary waygan expressed an interest in further clarification with regard to the <br /> liability issues this proposed Article has raised. She suggested the Public Hearing in this <br /> natter be continued. <br /> Ms. Allen was agreeable to providing inonnation relating to insurance/liability <br /> questions raised by the Board this evening and to appearing at the April 2 1i Planning <br /> Board Meeting, as welLas providing a letter from the Bus Company. She also mentioned <br /> that busses would not be parked at residences during any of the school vacations, <br /> including the summer break, as this is the time the bus company services all of the <br /> busses. <br /> The Chairman noted that the current Bylaw provides for only one 1 commercial <br /> vehicle to be parked at a residence, which would eliminate bus parking for anyone who <br /> parks a contractor vehicle or vehicle with commercial plates. <br /> Joseph Mullin recommended, and the Town Planner agreed, to inquire of Town <br /> Counsel regarding the possibility of amending the Article on Town Meeting ting floor with <br /> regard to the issues of specifying certain days of the week allowed for bus parking; and <br /> prohibiting parting in side set backs. He is also curious -as to Town Counsel opinion of <br /> the proposed Article in general. <br /> There being no further Board:or Staff discussion the Ch irm n entertained a <br /> notion. <br /> MOTION: Dennis lzarini made a Motion to continue the Public Hearing in <br /> this matter to April' 1, 2010 at.7:3 o.p.m.; which Motion-was duly seconded by Mar <br /> waygan and so voted unanimously. <br /> Amendment to Zoning Map to Change Map 62, Block 68B from l3 to C2 <br /> Commercial <br /> The.Chain nan react the following into the record: To see if the Town will vote to <br /> amend Bylaw amending a Zoning Map to..include the parcel shown on 2009 Mashpee <br /> Assessor's Map as Map p , Block 68B shown more specifically as Lot 3 on a Plan of <br /> Land by James walker in Mashpee, MA.by David H. Green, Surveyor dated 1970, which <br /> was signed Approval Not Required by the Mashpee a Planning Board on May 7, 1970 <br /> along with the adjacent portion ofSavanna's Path (formerly Mashpee Deck Road) to its <br /> center line within a C-2 Co m ereial zoned district as shown.on a plan filed with the <br /> Town Clerk entitled, "C-2 Zoning.Map Change, May 2010". <br /> Explanation: This Article would amend the zoning to C-2 Commercial, from 1 - <br /> sidential, on a 1.3 acre house lot surrounded on two of its-sides by developed <br /> commercial and industrial zoned land (Trinity Place and the-former Augat building, now <br /> Boston Interiors, Gold's Gym, etc.) <br /> The Planning Board has previously addressed and reviewed-this Matter. The <br /> Petitioner attended a regularly scheduled Planning Board Meeting to address the Board. <br /> 6 <br />
