Mary waygan asked if the plan could be redesigned to make the roadway wider. Mr. Rowley suggested avoiding taking property against the lots, as the road is laid out according,to Subdivision Regulations. An establishment of fair market value would have to be crude with regard to the land that would be taken. The Planning Board vote was unanimous at-this point. Voting in Favor: Thomas ' ar ,,Dennis Balzarini, Joseph Mullin and Mary waygan. Article 18 Accept the Layouts of Dover Toad, Oxfordshire Place, Winder'Mere way, Dings Court, Cransbourne Circle and Nance Dane The.Town Planner reported that the only issue of concern in this regard is that the road drainage is dependent upon two.drainage lots owned by the Homeowners' Association. However, the drainage lots are not shown as part of the-easement taking. Town Counsel has indicated that there is language within the proposed article that authorizes the Board of Selectmen to take any land-necessary. After some discussion and review of the plan the Chairman entertained a motion be-made. MOTION: Dennis l ari i made a Motion to Recommend Approval of the proposed road takings for Dover Road, Oxfordshire Place, Windermere way, Kings Court, Cransbourne Circle and Fancy Lane; which Motion was duly seconded by Mary waygan and so voted unanimously. Article 20 Accept the Layouts of Snead Drive, Miller Circle,Nelson Circle, Hogan Drive, Great Hay Road (part), Player Circle and Palmer load The Town Planner reported that these streets are all newly constructed and that the only concern is that there are two sections of layout that are being taken where there is no actual proposal to actually build the streets.
