The Chairman Presided, <br /> Planning Board Members Present: Dennis Bal adni, Vice-Chairman : o--1 .m.. ; <br /> John Cotton, Associate Member; James Leonard; Joseph.Mullin, Clerk; Thomas O'Hara, <br /> Chairman; and Mary waygan. <br /> Also present; F. Thomas Fudala, Town Planner; Thomas Mayo, GIS Coordinator;. <br /> Charles Rowley, Consulting Engineer; and Selectman 1 liehael Richardson, Liaison. <br /> A quorum being present the Chairman called the Meeting to order and addressed <br /> the first order of business. <br /> Pond Farewell <br /> Joseph Mullin took a moment to recognize both ThomasO'HaraPlanning <br /> Board Chairman; and James.Leonard, as they have fulfilled their ternns/duties as Planning <br /> Board Members. He thanked them for their services to-the 'Town of gl ee, <br /> recognising how much their insight will be missed. He also relayed a message from <br /> Representative Perry, who sends well wishes and appreciation for services to the Board. <br /> Approval of Minutes <br /> April 7, 2010 and <br /> April 2 1, 2010 <br /> MOTION: Joseph Mullin made a Motion to approve the Minutes of the April 7, <br /> 01 o and April21, 201 o Planning Board Meeting as submitted; which Motion was duly <br /> seconded by Mary wygan and so voted unanimously. <br /> Performance Guarantee <br /> Peter'Tsieoulias Newberry Properties, Inc. <br /> 55 Pequot Avenue <br /> Reduction of Performance Guarantee <br /> The Town Planner explained that the Town is currently holding a bond in the <br /> approximate arnount of Fourteen Thousand 1 ,000.o Dollars for the completion of <br /> Pe luot Avenue to one house. The owner would like to.apply for an occupancy permit. <br /> 1 <br />
