Attorney 1clhinney requested consideration of a positive vote by the Planning <br /> Board with regard to both the Defiruitive Plan and Special Permit Modification. <br /> The Chairman then deferred to the Consulting Engineer who informed the Board <br /> that the soil testing has been completed; references have been indicated on the Definitive <br /> Plan./Special Permit (as well as some other minor detail issues for,recording with the <br /> Registry of Deeds.
