Attorney McElhinney <br /> proposed that Applicant will replace the missing signs, however should they be <br /> vandalized again it would be the Town's responsibility to replace them; to which <br /> the Board agreed. <br /> There being no further Board, Staff, or Public comment the Chairman <br /> entertained a motion to close the Public Hearings. <br /> MOTION: Dennis Eal arini made a Motion to close Public Hearings, <br /> willowhend Approval of Special Permit Modification #27 and Approval of -Lot <br /> "willowbend Circle" Definitive Subdivision Plan; which Motion was duly <br /> seconded by Joseph Mullin and so voted unanimously. <br /> MOTION: Dennis Balzarini made a Motion to approve the Planning <br /> Board Decision-Special hermit Modification# -Willowbend Country Club, Inc., <br /> with the inclusion of the most recent comment letter from the Consulting <br /> Engineer dated May 3, 2 010; which Lotion was duly seconded by James Leonard <br /> and so voted unanimously. <br /> 5 <br />
