Kirrane representing William and Doreen Wade <br />submitted a letter to the Zoning Board of Appeals requesting a Minor Modification to a Written <br />Finding 2012-32 to raze and replace project at 185 Wading Place Road (Map 112 Parcel 90), <br />Mashpee, MA. <br />On July 11, 2012, the Board determined the Petitioners William and Doreen Wade met <br />the criteria and granted the Written Finding under §174-17 of the Zoning By-law (attached). <br />• On May 8, 2013, the request for Minor Modification and an updated plot plan was <br />presented in front of the Board at which time the following minor adjustments were addressed: <br />- The proposed dwelling will be 23.7 feet off Bluff Avenue rather than 26.0 feet. <br />- A small projection on the east side of the dwelling will be 15.5 feet off the <br />sidelines rather than 18.9 feet. <br />- These minor adjustments will also result in an increase in lot coverage from 18% <br />to 19%. <br />In view of the foregoing, the Board determined the Petitioner met the criteria and granted <br />the Minor Modification to the Written Finding -2013-32. Upon duly made and seconded at the <br />Public Hearings on May 8, 2013, the Zoning Board of Appeals voted unanimously to grant the <br />minor modification to Written Finding -2013-32. This Decision is conditioned upon compliance <br />with the following: <br />- Revised as -built plans shall be submitted to the Building Department for <br />final approval by the Building Commissioner. <br />- JC Engineering, Inc. entitled Plot Plan at 185 Wading Place Road, <br />Mashpee, MA prepared for: Capewide Enterprises, dated April 25, 2013, <br />• signed by John L. Churchill Jr. Registered Professional Engineer and <br />Registered Land Surveyor. <br />1 <br />
