Town of Mashpee <br /> Planning ward <br /> Minutes of Meeting <br /> September 1, 2010 <br /> The Town of Mashpee Planning Board Meeting was called to order in Conference <br /> Room# 1 Mashpee Town Hall, 16 Treat Deck Road North, Mashpee, Massachusetts at <br /> oo p.m. on Wednesday, September 1, 2010. <br /> Planning.Board.Members.present.: Dennis Balzarini, vice-Chairman; David. <br /> Kooh.arian; George Petersen :1 o p.m.); and Mary wa gan., Chairman. <br /> Absent: Joseph Mullin,.Clerk. <br /> Also present: F. Thomas F dala, Town Planner; Thomas Mayo, GIS Coordinator; <br /> Charles Rowley, Consulting Engineer, and Selectman Michael Richardson, Liaison. <br /> A quorum being present the Chairman called the Planning Board Meeting to order <br /> and addressed the first order of business. <br /> Approval of Minutes <br /> July 21, 2010 <br /> The Chairman suggested and the Board agreed to review and vote the July 21, <br /> 2010 Planning Board Minutes- t the next Fleeting. <br /> Special Permit <br /> Brett Field and Z J Realty Trust <br /> Signature of Special Permit Approved o o 1 o for Shared Residential Driveway and <br /> Request for Waiver-of Filing and Review Fees and Reduction of Inspection Fee <br /> The Chairman called this matter to order,recognized Rebecca Newcomb, <br /> representing the Applicant,,and read into the record a letter received from Brett R..Field, <br /> 9 Main Street, Mashpee,MA, dated August 8, 2010, addressed to the Chairman of the <br /> Planning Board, Town of Mashpee—"I, Brett I . Field,request a waiver of the filing and <br /> review fees and a reduction of the inspection fee to the amount of$112. o for the Town <br /> Engineer Consultant, Thank you in advance for your attention to this natter." <br /> MOTION: Dennis Ba.lzari i made a Motion to approve Applicant's request for <br /> waiver for a reduction of the Inspection Fee in the amount One Hundred Twelve <br /> ($112.50) Dollars and Fifty Cents; as-well as to approve the request for waiver of the <br /> filing fees; which Motion was duly seconded by David Kooharian and so voted <br /> unanimously. <br /> 1 <br />
