Community Preservation Committee -The Chair attended -the runt meeting and reported <br />that an article on the warrant will allocate 10% of the award to historic, affordable housing and <br />recreation_ The CPC is currently r receiving applications for funding projects that address <br />historic, affordable housing and recreation concerns. The application deadline is November 9 <br />and will be considered for the spring Town Meeting. <br />Historic District Commission -No recent meetings <br />IUD BUSINESS <br />Discussion of Proposed Zoning By-law Amendments Regarding Signs <br />The Chair reported that the sign bylaw has been seat back to the subcommittee. The meeting will <br />convene on Friday at 9arn and Mr. Fudala and the Chair will attend the public meeting. Mr. Fudala <br />was asked to draft a mark up representing the Planning Board's opinion. <br />Comprehensive Plain — Survey Update <br />Mr. Fudala has been outputting results by various neighborhoods. A GIS neap and spreadsheet has <br />been developed in order to match the results by each of the 162 plans. <br />NEW BUSINESS <br />Conflict of Interest Summary Acknowledgements <br />Board members were asked to sign and submit their Conflict of Merest Summary acknowledgement <br />form. <br />CORRESPONDENCE <br />-CPTC Fall 2010 workshops Brochure -'lie Chair recommended attendance at the workshops. <br />Board members expressed cone about the distance of most sessions. It was recommended that <br />Board members interested in attending note that the deadline for signing up is 5 days prior to the <br />workshop. A fee is associated with attending workshops. <br />MOTION Mr. Bakarini made a motion to pay for any members interested in attending, any of <br />the training programs. Mr. Kooharian seconded the motion. All voted unanimously. <br />-Cape Cod Commission Reporter, 92310-included in the packet <br />-Cape Cod Commission, Notice of 10/15/10 Procedural Hearing on Cape Cod Cooperative Bank <br />Subdivision -Mr. Fudala reported that the project will be pushed to the future. <br />-Planning Board Budget Memo -The memo from the Town Manager has been included in the packet. <br />Mr. Fudala reported that the deadline for submittal is November 1 and it has been requested that <br />expenses be level funded, Appro irnatel r $40 remains in the budget to attend workshops. Mr. Mullin <br />suggested that it may not be fls Oly prudent to attend a workshop. It is unlikely that any members <br />plan to attend the workshops. Board members will consider the budget at the next meeting. The <br />budget meeting is scheduled for Thursday, November 18 at 1 o:oarn. <br />-Charles I o vley .Bill for Services $49 <br />MOTION: Mr. Balzarini made a motion to pay Mr. 1 owley's bill.
