Mr. Fudala requested a roll call vote to add the performance guarantee to the agenda. Mr_ Fudala <br />reported that 1000 has been held for 55 Pequot Avenue since May and that it was a reduction from an <br />original larger bond. Mr. Rowley inspected the area and reported that the grass had grown in. <br />MOTION: Mr. Bal ,arini made a motion to add a release of the performance guarantee for 55 <br />P quot Avenue with a roll call vote. Mr. Petersen seconded the motion. <br />ROLL CALL VOTE: Mr. Mullin#yes, Mr. rinl-yes, Chairman ran -yes, Mr. Petersen - <br />yes, Mr. Iooharian-yes <br />Mr. Rowley reported that one portion of the shoulder work, where gas service had been exposed., had <br />been left unfinished. Mr. Rowley viewed the area this evening and reported that it is in good condition <br />with vegetation. Mr. Mullin seconded the motion. <br />ROLL CALL VOTE: Mr. Mullin -yes, Mr. Ba rini-yam, Chairman Wayg -yes, Mr. Petersen - <br />yes, Mr. Kooharian-yes <br />Mr. Fudala requested that Mr. Rowley and members of the Board sign the required form. <br />BOARD ITEMS <br />Chairman's Report -The Chair reported that the Cape Cod Commission watershed Forum about <br />popponessett Bay will occur on October 28 at 7prn at Mashpee Town Hall. Additionally, the waquoit <br />Bay Forum will occur at the Mashpee Public Library at ' pm on November 30.. The Chair encouraged <br />attendance at the forums which will discuss the basics about the watersheds, their impact and the <br />importance of protecting the watersheds. The Annul Town Me Ping will occur at 7prn on October 18. <br />The Chair also announced the arrival of the Ton's new website. 11r. Petersen and the Chair have sent <br />a letter to the ZA regarding the proposed development of a bank structure located at the corner of <br />Jobs Fishing Road and Rt. 28. The Chair also announced that a scent email from Mr. Fudala <br />contained a minor modification to the DRI that was approved for the commercial development for Jobs <br />Fishing road. fir. Fudala reported that con erciai space on Jobs Fishing Road has been reduced and <br />the 2500 square footage has been expanded to the corner where the bank is located. A regulatory <br />hearing will take place on October 12. Uhi aotel , the Mashpee Commons commercial will need to <br />return with their phases to modify their Planning Board special ` . <br />Reports <br />Selectmen Iraison-o report at this time <br />Environmental oversight Committee -Mr. Kooharian reported that a three tiered approach <br />was recommended for Satuit Pond to include use of solar circulators, anti -phosphorous <br />rtil i er si gnage and pursuit of a grant to pay for reverse l y * ng or other permanent solution. <br />The Chair questioned whether issues of stormwater runoff into the pond had been addressed <br />and Mr. Iooharian responded that itha+d not been addressed at the last meeting but will be <br />considered at another time. Board members discussed who would be attending the <br />Environmental Oversight Com.ritte since Mr. Kooharian had also been appointed to the <br />Design Review Committee. Board members will determine who will be in attendance at the <br />next. meeting and a memo will be forwarded to the Board of Selectmen identifying Mr. Petersen <br />as the EC representative. <br />Design Review Committee- No report at this time <br />
