A roll call vote was needed t add the item to the agenda. Mr. Fudala referenced Mr. Rowley's report <br /> about the mergency won at 67 Pox Road. Due to weather,there has been difficulty paving the <br /> road in front of the home and Mr. Rowley has recommended that a cash perfornmee guarmtee be <br /> requested in order to allow the road covenant to be released. <br /> MOTION: Mr, I ooharian.made a motion to add 67 Pox mill Road, Habitat for Humanity <br /> property, to the agenda for tonight. Mr. Dickinson is offering a check <br /> in the amount of o 1.5 tikes the cou--Lj-- edamoun0assecurity that the work will be completed in <br /> the spring. Mr. Furdala referenced documents in Bernd members' packets to include: Vanasse <br /> Associates, Inc.,.November 19 Scope of work for Traffic Impact and'Access Study, Glenn Cannon's <br /> Scope of work for the 1 iashpee Rotary and the Proposed RFP Development Review/Impact Analyses. <br /> Chairman waygan referent d the recent meeting between Cape Cod Conunission staff and Mr. Storrs and <br /> asked them for the results of the meeting. Mr. Storrs referenced the November 19 Scope that he <br /> submitted, seeking approval of the Scope in order to move forward with the study. Mr. Storrs also <br /> referenced the Planning Board's request to include review'review'mg rotary alternatives and review of the traffic <br /> located in the area by the green. fir. Storrs distributed copies of VAI's December 15 Amendment to the <br /> November r 19 Scope of Wod which articulates details about rotary alternatives and planning <br /> consideration so that potential altenisfives for the rotary are not eliminated. Mr. Storrs questioned <br /> whether the Board was familiar with the South Cape Vdlage study and recommended that copies be <br /> distributed to members of the Board since it reviews multiple options for the rotary. Mr. Storrs added that <br /> the additional traffic volumes from his project will be loaded and that they will continue to look at <br /> alternatives for the rotary, avoiding proposals that might infuwe alternatives for the rotary. Mr. Storrs <br /> noted that in the 20 gears since the.rotary has been considered,the best option appeared to be a bypass to <br /> move the traffic around the rotary. Mr. Storrs explained thatMashpee Commons purchased land that <br /> allowed the alignment of Donnas Lam with Jobs Fishing Road in order to create the third component of a <br /> bypass. Mr. Storrs discussed Frank Hicks Road and the cement,to align the roads and s* the <br /> intersection, which was funded by Mashpee Commons. her.
