Mr. French stated he plans to raise the grade of the proposed roadway at the access to the abutting property s that it will not be quite as steep (Mrs . Ha-ndy' s property) . He will make thin adjustment to the prof-i le in response to Mr. Rowley comment . He agreed to complete this adj ustmen't during the appeal period, to which Mr. Rowley has agreed. Mr. French also agreed to reprise the plan further to include adequate space to the revrisi.on block. The Chairman recognized Mrs. Handy from the audience. The Town Planner explained the- proposed changes to the grade of her drive a r and the roadway. She agreed this would be satisfactory. She did not state any further concerns . With regard to utilities, the Town Planner suggested an 8" water main would be more appropriate for the property as it would relate to the use of the 'back lot. There being rfo further Planning Board, Staff or Public comment the Chairman entertained a motion. MOTION: Dennis al arini made a Motion to close. the Public Hearing in this matter; which Motion was duly seconded by Lee Gurney and so voted unanimously. MOTION: Dennis Balzarini rude a Motion to approve the uk d-l-vision Plan in this matter, subject to Mr. Foyle ' s recommendations and the suggestion f'or the use of an 8" grater main, as well - 's grade changes to the abutter' s property; which Motion was duly seconded by Lee Gurnee and so voted unanimously. Noting in the Affirmative: Beverly Kane, Dennis alzarini, John Halachis, and Lee Gurney. (Harvey Cohen did not participate in this vote. ) .The Chairman signed the certificate of Action in this matter.
