i <br /> W <br /> The appointed hour having. arrived the chairman read <br /> the Public Hearing notice into the record and called the <br /> Public Hearing to order. <br /> The Chairman recognized Lawrence Carr, representing <br /> the Applicant, who requested release of the bond posted for <br /> construct-ion of the roadway, for which all conditions have <br /> been satisfied. <br /> Mr. Carr inforrrned the Board that the gate installed on <br /> Shore Drive West leading to the Seaside Subdivision i <br /> located outside of the road alignment and is owned by New <br /> Seabury Properties. <br /> The Chairman made reference to a letter received from <br /> r. Rowley dated February 7, 2007 . References were also <br /> being ma-de to a plan of land entitled, "BSS Design Plan of <br /> Gate Entrance at Seaside., New S:eabr , Mashpee, MA, for <br /> Bayswater Development, LLc, dated November 7, 2 0 " i <br /> r. Carr stated said plan indicates the installation <br /> of the gate and adequate lanes on either side of the center <br /> isle resulted in the roadway extending beyond the original <br /> layout . Applicant -being the owner of the property, the <br /> layout was enlarged to accommodate the two small lots on <br /> either side of the original road layout . <br /> The Town Planner noted that the road bounding has not <br /> been indicated on the plan. Mr. Rowley is recommending <br /> approval of the road layout plans, subject to concrete <br /> bounds and permanent monuments be set at the new layout <br /> lines. <br /> The Town Planner suggested that the plan be reprised to <br /> show the location of the bounds during the appeal period-; <br /> to which everyone agreed. <br /> Where being no further Board, Staff, or Public comment <br /> the chairman entertained a motion. <br /> The Town Planner explained the vote is two-fold; <br /> approval of the revision of the roadway design to <br /> incorporate the guardhouse, islands, and road widening and <br /> approval of the Modi:fied Definitive .Plan showing the two <br /> new lots bang incorporated into Shore Drive Nest. <br /> 3 <br />
