Blue Ribbon Comprehensive Committee The Chairman reported there was general consensus among the Blue Ribbon Committee members that the committee should continue in some fora after the original committee dissolves in March. The Chairman, Don Myers, will present the suggestion to the Board of Selectmen that the committee should continue under the name of the Selectmen' s Advisor Council . The Chairman also reported that the Blue Ribbon Committee will present a final Action Report outlining the issues the committee has addressed over the past 1 -months and the status of each for public information. Task Listing The Chairman provided updated copies of the Planning Board Task Listing, dated February 21, 2007 . She explained this to be a general listing of the 1ashpee Planning Board and Planning Department to be addressed over the next several months . Items include : Review of Subdivision Regulations, Review of Special Permit Regulations, Town of Franklin Best Development Practices Guide Book, Development of Wind Power Bylaw, Review Cape Cod Commission Model Bylaw-Land Clearing, Update Local Comprehensive Plan, Light Pollution Bylaw, and Sign Bylaw. The Chairman then provided copies of the following: Stearns & Wheeler, LLC Draft Technology Screening Report Document, Chaper 7. Non-Wastewater Nitrogen Reduction Alternatives, for Board review/comment. Town of Cohasset proposed Btorwater Management Bylaw identified as Article- XV - Storm water ManagementF for presentation at their March 31st Annual Town Meeting. The Chairman asked Mr. Rowley to prepare an outline for addressing the Subdivision Regulation revisions; to which he agreed. The Chairman stated she plans to begin to draft some stormwater management issues using the Town of Franklin- Best Practices document as a guide, for the next meeting. 2
