MOTION: Dennis Bal arini made- a Motion to sign the Plan dated February 13, 2007 as Approval Not Rec uired under the - ubdivision control Law; which Motion was duly seconded by Lee Gurney. Voting in Favor: Beverly Kane, Dennisl a rini, Lee Gurney, John Malachi , and Harvey Cohen. Not participating' in the Vote: Myrna Nuey.. The Chairman signed and dated the original plan and four copies. Performance Guarantee Peter Hopple-6 Balfour Lane-Lot conaumet Heights ubd ivi s i on- 'elea se of Toad Covenant The Chairman called this matter to order and recognized Peter Hopple, who informed the Board that he is applying for a buiilding permit on Balfour Lane and that the covenant release is required. The Town Planner reported that all but 7-feet of Balfour Lane has been pared. There remains a small amount of work to be completed by Mr. Crosby, who owns- the adjacent lots to the- north of this -property. Mr. Rowley reported that Mr.. Crosby upgraded the drainage in this area when- he completed his work and that drainage is not an issue of concern. He did suggest however that the two catch basins need to be cleaned out as the sediment from Silverleaf settles at the intersection. He suggested this situation might be remedied if the paving of this last section of Balfour Lane is completed. He was unsure of the status of the bounding: stating there may be some left to complete. The Town Planner asked if loam and seeding is required on the shoulders . He also asked about the street sign. Mr. Rowley 'greed the loan► and seeding would be required and that he believes there is a street sign .a-t the top of the hill . The Town Planner suggested the Board consider directing Mr. Rowley to make an inspection to determine what is needed in order to finish this piece of roadway. 6
