" <br /> Ir. Kubick explained this land is are old cranberry bog <br /> lot, Wampanoag Tribe land to the north, It is a land locked <br /> lot and does not have frontage. There is an old road and <br /> some old buildings that once serviced the cranberry bog. <br /> Mr. Kubick stated Applicant is attempting to separate <br /> the two lots to be transferred at future date, and that <br /> one of the lots is expected to have a conservation <br /> resriction. <br /> There being no further Board or staff comment the <br /> Chairman entertained a emotion. <br />
