Article 19-Cayuga Avenue <br /> The Town Planner reported there are no drainage <br /> easements involved, just the road layout.. <br /> MOTION: Dennis Bal arini made a Motion to recommend <br /> approval of Article 19, CayugaAvenue; which Motion was <br /> duly seconded by John Halachis and so voted unanimously. <br /> Article 22-F egatta Drive and Crestview Circle <br /> The Town Planner explained these streets are located <br /> within Sconsett Village on the corner of Lowell Road and <br /> Great Neck Road. There are drainage swails at this <br /> location. <br /> If accepted, this will be the first example of the <br /> Town taking over swans that reed to be maintained. The <br /> taking plan shows the layouts, number of slopes., and <br /> mai tenance easements along the road. <br /> r. Rowley suggested that in order to define the <br /> easements for taking, the infora -ion would be taken from <br /> the ubdivision plain as described and shown. He agreed <br /> with the Town Planner that there a-re no definitions of the <br /> easements. <br /> The Town Planner was unsure as to whether or not the <br /> article intends to take the easement as well as the roadway <br /> area. He explained that the wail areas require more <br /> maintenance than cleaning out the catch basins. <br /> The Chairman sug.g.ested this matter b clarified <br /> further before the Planning Board takes their vote . <br /> Article 23 Bearberry Circle, Chicory Circle, <br /> Gra-ssy Knoll Circle, Great Pines Drive, <br /> Green Meadow Circle, Heron Circle, S -adbush Circle, <br /> Tern Circle, and Yachtsman Circle <br /> The Town Planner explained these streets are located <br /> within Greenwood Estates . They are described as 20 x 20 <br /> drainage easements . <br /> The Assistant Town Planner noted that one of the <br /> -street names is Heron Circle., and that there is an existing <br /> street name of Heron way. <br />
