MOTION : Lee Gurney made a Motion to approve the street names for Joy Street and 'South Street as presented; which Motion wa.s. duly seconded by Dennis Balzarini and so voted una-nimousl.y.. Point ofClarification: fir. Rowley commented there i no actual layout for Joy Street. He acknowledged the need for safety reasons, for street numbers. However, if something is going to be identified as a street, it should be laid out as a street . He feels the designation is important, and suggested that Joy Street be named for the purpose of providing an address only. After some Board/Staff discussion, it was agreed that Lee Gurney would amend her -motion to be more specific. AMENDED MOTION: Lee Gurney made an amended Motion t .approve the naming of Joy Street and South Street for the express purpose of creating a mailing address for businesses located along this way, and for no other purpose and does not imply subdivision road approval; which Motion was duly seconded by Dennis Eal arini and so voted unanimously. Public Hearing Review of Proposed Zoning Article regarding Kennel Definitions Submitted for May 2007 Annual Town Meeting The appointed hour having arrived the Chairman read the Public Hearing notice into the record and called this matter to order. The Town Planner made reference to a letter received from Attorney David R. Harsch, dated April 18, 2007, addressed to the Ma hpee Planning Board. The Town Planner disclosed for the record that his daughters walk Attorney Harsch' s aloes on occasion and that they- receive payment for this service. Lee Gurney noted that her daughter is employed b Attorney Harsch and therefore she would not be participating in the vote for this matter. The Chairman then recognized Attorney Harsch who made reference to his letter dated April 18, 2007, addressed to the Mashpee Planning Board. 4
