MASHPEE ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS <br /> Lisa J. If there <br /> are more than nine dogs boarding overnight, staff members are on premises during the <br /> night working in four-hour shifts. There is 24-hour-camera surveillance of the dogs. If <br /> only one or two dogs are boarded overnight, Ms. McAdams brings them home with her. <br /> No comments were received from abutters. <br /> General Findings: <br /> The subject property is located at 46 Nicoletta's Way and consists of a commercial <br /> condominium-style building. <br /> Special Permit Criteria/Findings: <br /> §174-25.E(7) <br /> Veterinary establishment, commercial boarding or training kennel, commercial breeder <br /> kennel, domestic charitable corporation kennel, veterinary kennel, animal day care or <br /> similar establishment, provided that animals are housed wholly indoors, except for <br /> exercise runs or yards approved by the Special Permit granting authority (Zoning Board <br /> of Appeals). <br /> In view of the foregoing, the Board determined that the Petitioner met the criteria <br /> for grant of a Special Permit. Upon motion duly made and seconded, the Zoning Board <br /> of Appeals voted unanimously at the Public Hearings on November 14, 2012 to grant a <br /> Special Permit to allow for the proposal. This Decision is conditioned upon compliance <br /> with the following: <br /> • Plan Review approval. <br /> • Board of Health approval. <br /> • Animals shall be housed wholly indoors, except for exercise runs or yards. <br /> • Cape & Islands Engineering plan entitled: Proposed Site Plan Located in <br /> Mashpee, Mass.
