MASHPEE ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS <br /> Bobby Byrne Management Corporation: Petitioner <br /> Mashpee Commons II LLC: Owner of record <br /> 9 Greene Street <br /> Mashpee, MA 02649 <br /> SP-2012-60 <br /> No comments were received from abutters. <br /> General Findings: <br /> The subject property is located at 9 Greene Street in a commercial zoning district within <br /> Mashpee Commons. <br /> Special Permit Criteria: <br /> §174-51. Required Review and Permits. <br /> B. Except where permitted or proposed as part of development for which a special permit <br /> has been issued by, or is required from, the Planning Board, any new sign exceeding <br /> twenty (20) square feet, and any awning sign, shall require a special permit from the <br /> Board of Appeals, in accordance with Article VI. <br /> In view of the foregoing, the Board determined that the Petitioner met the criteria <br /> for grant of a Special Permit. Upon motion duly made and seconded, the Zoning Board <br /> of Appeals voted unanimously at the Public Hearings on November 14, 2012 to grant a <br /> Special Permit to allow for the proposed signage. This Decision is conditioned upon <br /> compliance with the following: <br /> • Zebra Visuals sign entitled: The Lanes Bowl & Bistro/Exterior Signing.
